15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1) torn gasket on refrigerator door in cooks line, 2) rust on racks in walk in units, 3) rust on pan racks near walk in cooler, 4) rust on wire racks in liquor storage room in bar. (750.1220) Observed the following floor areas to be in poor repair: 1) flooring throughout kitchen and breakfast storage areas are cracked, pieces missing, unsealed concrete, 2) no covebase in back utility area of kitchen, 3) unsealed concrete floor in Oliver's liquor storage room. Provide for all flooring areas to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, durable surfaces, and be maintained in good repair. (750.1200) Next Inspection
